My son (13) has had 7 days of nausea, stomach pain and evening vomiting not accompanied by fever. No diarrhea, does have fatigue, headache, no peritoneal signs...any ideas where to head. He does not show signs of dehydration. His identical twin just had the same thing, but now seems better (still not a great appetite though...)
