i have a six year old that acts out sexualy when she was

I have a six year old that acts out sexualy, when she was 2 she was touched and acted out on by her cousin that was 3, she has watched TV with sex in it as well as people talking about adult themes in front of her. Today she touched a little boys privates and licked it should I worry?
