my six year old has had diareah and vomiting (only when he first wakes up) for over two weeks now. The pediatrician has given him an antibiotic and has taken a stool sample that came back negative. When he is on antibiotic the diarreah and vomiting goes away. He has just started another dose of antibiotic (first treatment was for four days). What is your opinion?
