My daughter, Haley she's 11 years old has devloped a rash its raised and red and its on her neck. She's had it for three days. The first two days it was in her neck, shoulders. Today its behind her neck too. She says that it itches and hurts when its touched. What can we do for it. Is this seroius? I teated her with a Lice-shampoo a week ago. Can this be an allegic reaction?
