My 20 month old son vomited twice yesterday, Now

My 20 month old son vomited twice yesterday, Now he is getting a rash on his torso, buttocks, & underarms. It seems to be spreading. He is acting fine and has had no fever or itching. Should I take him to the Dr?

Nothing thought is was heat rash but it seems to be getting worse

Hello,

Yes, I would take him to the pediatrician to check the rash as he is so young and you have mentioned that it is spreading.

Here are some picture, tell me if you see anything similar to what he has. Did he have a fever?
