My daughter (12 y/o pre-pubescent) was diagnosed with a Group B Strep baldder infection. She took a 7-day course of antibiotics but is still having symptoms, including discharge, frequent burning urination, some (slight) fever. She is going back in to the pediatrician in a few days for a re-check, but I don't feel I'm getting any answers as to the cause of this or future implications. The only information I can find online is regarding pregnancy and newborn exposure. Is there any more information I can read about this? thank you, Kelly Sirkus
