Irregular Bowel movement

My pediatrician told me it was totally normal for breatfed babies to have infrequent and/or irregular bowel movements. He said that if her poop is soft when she does have one, she's ok...but I can't help but think that something is wrong. Today is day 8 without a bowel movement and I'm sure she is feeling uncomfortable. Her stomach looks ok (maybe a little bigger than usual) but I feel her being fussy (maybe its her teething... I don't know anymore!!)
Please tell me what are the symptoms that it is no longer ok...and what happens if she doesn't have a bowel movement after 10 days!!!
Thank you

Reply to Dr AMIT MUNJAL's Post: Feeding normal... maybe a little less than usual, no vomiting, she has not passed stool for 8 days and for the abdominal pain... I think that she is uncomfortable (doesn't like when I do the stomach message seems to be painful, but she isn't crying 24/7.
