hi my 2 yr old has a bad rash on his neck, sholders and it is spreading down his back and chest. he has a feever of 101 and a runny nose he is crabby and the rash itches very bad. the rash has been present for 1 week and i am getting concerned, should i take him to the er or how concerned should i be?
