my son and daughter are suffering from loose bowel

my son and daughter are suffering from loose bowel movement. It has a foul smell and it comes almost every 20 to 30 minutes. It 's been going on since early this afternoon while they were at school. They both suffer severe stomachache. Please help me how to manage it. And what will be the best remedy?

Already Tried:
I just give them water every now and then. For dinner we have pizza which they cant afford to ignore . they both ate about 1/4 of one slice. I've been trying to give them soup but they refused.
