My granddaugher (african american) has a skin condition where her skin is splochy-looking..as tho she has not washed, especially on her face and the back of her neck. It is not an allergic reaction..and at one time was diagnosised but I can't recall the diagnosis. I can only recall that it contained two words and its basic meaning implied something "many and continuous". The doctor could only recommend that she spend time in sunlight. She is pre- teenager now and I would like to help her obtain any treatment what could help her. I seem to recall one word was "lichen" and I think the other began with a "p"
