Hi I am a 24 year old female and I have been experiencing chest pains for 3 days. It started when I turned over in bed onto my left side. The pains are where my heart is and I have been having pain in my left arm and shoulder too. Everyone is telling me that its just a pulled muscle or pinched nerve. I am not having a chancge in heart rate. The 1st day was the worst but now its just a dulling ache but it still hurts. I have no medical insurance and wanted to get your medical advice before I go and spend hundreds at the ER. Thank you...

Optional Information:

Has this been constant for three days? Or does it come and go? Any relationship to the pain and when you are exerting yourself?

Thanks in advance,

Kerry
