prescription refills
Sent to Health Experts November 26 02:57 AM

Hi, I am in severe pain from a lupus flare-up. My doctor prescribed Anexia 7.5 mgs. The directions state that I am to take 1-2 tablets every 6 hours.

The script was filled on 11-19-07.

Well, it is now 11-26-07. Will the pharmacist hold the refill for a number of days because it is too soon to fill it?

Thanks, Bill Ayotte

Dear Mr. Ayotte:

The maximum dose is 8 tablets a day. You have been taking for 7 days. If the quantity of the prescription is less than 56 tablets, you should be able to get the refill.
