I've been diagnosed with viral pink eye & have a sore throat, cough that lasts for 30 seconds of full on coughing, there is a mucus I cough up, it's clear/white & I sometimes gag/vomit it up when coughing. These symptoms have been there since last Wednesday, & the pink eye since last Monday. Should I go back to the Dr??

Optional Information:
Female , Age: 23

Already Tried:
The regular dr gave me Gentak (the eye dr. said to still take it eventhough it's viral & Amoxicillin & said to take it if the sore throat got worse, although my rapid strep came back negative. The eye dr. they sent me to gave me Alrex drops eventhough i've read it can make virus' worse, so i'm not taking them anymore. I am aking dayquil to bring the fever (101.00-102.00) down & the cough to stop some. I tried visine last night, but that made my eyes dry.

Since it's viral, antibiotics won't really help. There is a pink eye OTC medication you can get that may help as well. I would get some decongestants and sit in a bathroom with the door shut and the hot water running in the bathroom to help loosen up the congestion. Also, you can pick up some chamomile tea and make a cup as if you were to drink it (no sugar, no milk) allow to cool till warm, take a cotton ball and wash your eye out with that. This has been a home remedy that has worked in my family for years. So from your description above, I would try the above for 24-36 hours. If no help or change at all. Then return back to your doctor.
