Hello,
Since thee is no redness in the eyes, the most likely cause of swollen eyes is allergy. Other less likely causes are infection, kidney disease, protein deficiency. For now you may give her Benadryl as observe the symptoms. If the swelling persists for more than a day or gets severe, you should take her to the ER or urgent care clinic.
