My name is Nathalie I am 30yrs old. I have fibromyalgia (FMS) and for 30 mins now the left side of my chest (heart area) has like a sharp or cramp like feeling when I exhale and when I inhale it isn't quite as bad but still there but again worse when I exhale completely the pain is at it's worse. Why is that? Where did it come from? and How can I avoid or treat it at home? I have not ben to the hospital for it. The pain is still present at the moment... thank you Nathalie

I have not done much exept deep breaths and massaging and hitting my chest to relieve my chest cramps...

no colds just a mild flu and (blushin) i have diarrea today...it also took me 1 hour and a half to fall asleep last night with my FMS i suffer from insomnia as well i have had this """heart cramps""" b4 but none that lasted this long...
