My grandmas health

My grandma is here visiting she said she thinks she has phemonia, She has had a cough, she is also diabetic she took her sugar tonight at 10:30 it was 230 then she took her sugar 30 minutes ago and it was 330.I noticed tonight she has been in and out of a deep sleep.Is this anything to worry about?
