i have aspirated acid reflux and have severe burning pain ...

i have aspirated acid reflux and have severe burning pain in bronchial area, coughing, gurgling & wheezing when breathing. pain in ears as well. occurred 20 minutes ago. last time this occured, i got aspiration pneumonia in about 10 hours. what should i do at this time?

Already Tried:
coughed up as much as possible until pinkish foam resulted. sipping ice water to help horrible burning in throat. blew acid out of nasal passages. ice pack on throat, pain medication. vomited large amount of acid.

You should go to the emergency department of the closest hospital. Aspiration is a serious problem, and as you had happen before can lead to serious consequences such as pneumonia.

Go to the emergency department! (Best to go by ambualance based on your symptoms)
