i have been to our local clinic twice for what seems to be head and chest cold that is going around. it affects people as an uncontrolable coughing,in my case i have bent over the sink or waste basket to choke up mucus only to wake up on the floor with my wife screaming my name and shaking me. i remember nothing but to start choking and wake up. it averages a little over once a day and has gone on for about 7 days.we have no doctors at our clinic, just practitionors or what ever they are called,(no disrespect intended) they gave me a shot of anti biotics and pills to take 3 times a day until gone. after the third day i had noticed no diferance so they gave me another shot and some prednisone 10mg tabs to take in a tapered dose,4 fr 3 days,3 for 3 days,2 for 3 days,1 for 3 days. i am into my 5th.day and am still choking and blacking-out, basically i feel fine other then the mucus in my lungs making me choke, my friends say i need to see a real doctor, something cant be right, you think?
