my last period was January 26 and until now i am still waiting for my next period could i be pregnant i just did a pregnancy test that shows negative. since lately i am having irregular period

tough to tell with irregular periods. usually with a 28 day cycle, that would make you about 3 weeks late. Pregnancy tests are %97 accurate 2 weeks after your period.

You probably are not pregnant, but a blood pregnancy test would be conclusive as it is the most sensitive test. Your doctor can do that for you.

The alternative to the blood test is to simply wait another couple weeks and see if your period resumes, if not take another urine pregnancy test.
