Am I pregnant? hcg is 19 14 dop. Thanks

I took a pregnancy test ~ ok 5 tests ~ and they all have a faint line. Went for bloodwork and hcg came back at 19. I would be 14 days past ovulation. I can't get ahold of my dr and I can't get a clear anwer if I am pregnant or not.
