Can antibiotics cause a woman to have a positive pregnancy test?

I have been using CIPROFLOXACIN to treat a UTI, which I stopped using 10-30-05, I performed a pregnancy test last night 10-31-05, and it came to be positive. Can antibiotics such as this cause one to have a FLASE positive pregnancy test?
