Hello, I am 12 dpo and really feel pregnant. Very sore breasts. They never get this sore before menstruation. My period isn't due for another 4-5 days. My home preg. test was neg. I usually do not test positive on a hpt until I'm a day or so late (3 prior pregnancies).
I didn't suspect pregnancy until after my yearly check up which was at about 10 dpo. I had complaints of dry skin, natural curly hair not curling, fatigue and nausea. I thought my hormones might be messed up as they have been beforeso asked my doctor to do some blood work. I have a history of hypothyroidism but totally resolved it'self about a year ago. It was said to have been a post pregnancy induced hypothyroidism. My doctor checked my progesterone at about 10 dpo and it was only 0.34! I just turned 31. Those results read post menopausal but they also fall in the range of the follicular phase according to the report. About 2 days after my gyn. visit, my breasts got very sore and still are. I then starting wondering about pregnancy. Should I even be concerned with a progesterone level so low? Could I still be pregnant and have such a low number. My gyn told me to use progesterone cream. I started using it last night and I had some pretty intense right sided pain. I thought you were supposed to start your period if your levels reached about 2. Why would mine be so severely low? Can you still conceive like this.. Again, just wondering the chances of being pregnant with such low numbers.
Thanks! K
