Only time and testing will tell. However, many women have done worse things and had very healthy babies. There are several tests that can be done during pregnancy to check for birth defects.
This is a decision you will have to make yourself. I encourage you to talk to your husband about it. Share this with him if you can. Decisions like this are often easier to make if they are shared.
