Had my last period in April - in May had it for just 2 days - my body is feeling different - full - nausea - hungry and tired. My tubes were tied 11 years ago. Could this be menopause, pregnacy or something serios?

There is a slim chance you could be pregnant. It is a rare occurrence, but has been known to happen in women with tubal ligations.

I would perform a EPT and make an appointment to see your GYN for an accurate diagnosis.
