My wife has missed her period, has swollen breasts, fatigue ...

My wife has missed her period, has swollen breasts, fatigue and naseua. She has taken 4 pregnancy tests. 2 were somehwat inconclusive (dark horizontal line and a very light vertical line in the +). The other two were digital tests that say "Not PRegnant". We are concerned that something else might be wrong and we have to wait until Monday to get her to a doctor. So I guess the questions is, what could have the symptoms of being pregnant but not actually be pregnant?
