missed cycle

I am 35. I have fibroids and cyst. I got pregnant a year after surgery to remove fibroids cyst. my cycle 3 of may. sex 15th of may. ovulated on 15 or 17. did ovulation kit day have sex postive. cycle schudule may 29 nothing yet. Ive been cramping on and off. took test negative. what could it be?
