I am one week late from my period. I am bloated my breasts

I am one week late from my period. I am bloated my breasts are tender and sometimes I have cramp or small sharp pains in my stomach. THe other day right behind my belly button was sore. I have taken a urine pregnancy test and it was negative. Am I pregnant? If not should I expect my period to come soon or not until next month. DO you think I should make an appointment with my OBGYN

You could make an appointment with your GYN to perform a blood test to determine if you are indeed pregnant.

This is the first time I use this website to track it or at least to see its consistency. But is the likelyhood of me being pregnant more likely or not likely when it comes out negative?
