I took plan B after unprotected sex about a month ago (it was a week after my last period at the time) then I had spotting for a week and a little cramping. now I should be getting my period again, but I havent had cramping or signs of pms yet. should i be worried or could my period be late or irregular due to the plan b?

Age: 20

is a late period and spotting common to plan b or are there other effects similar to irregularity that i should know about?

You should have a normal period within the next month. If not, you might want to get a pregnancy test just to make sure you're not pregnant. So if you past your normal time from when you took the plan B, then I would see your doctor to rule out pregnancy at this point.
