I stopped using my NuvaRing birthcontrol after my week ...

I stopped using my NuvaRing birthcontrol after my week off. My period was about 2 1/2 weeks ago. My nipples have been very sore and I am having menstrual-like cramps. Could this be a sign of pregnancy or maybe side-effects of stopping the use of my NuvaRing?
