On the same day my gastro Dr. told me my gallbladder was only working 6% and should be taken out I found I was pregnant! Me and my Gastro Doc have been working on finding out what was wrong with me for over 2 years! I was excited to hear it was what we thought it was but sad to hear that my pregnancy could make it worse. I am now wondering if I need to terminate this pregnancy if It could harm me or my baby? My gastro Dr. said most surgens wont take a gallbladder out if your pregnant? I would like to keep the baby if I can do it safely without my gallbladder making my life a living hell? Any advice? My gastro doc says ask my OB/GYN, My OB/GYN says ask my gastro doc.
