I HAD MY TUBES TIED 5 YEARS AGO, HOWEVER, FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS I HAVE HAD TWO 2 DAY PERIODS AND AM NOW CURRENTLY 2 WEEKS LATE WITH THIS PERIOD. MY BREASTS ARE ENLARGED AND I HAVE CRAMPING AND SWELLING IN MY ABDOMEN. WHAT CAN THIS BE IF I AM NOT PREGNANT?

It's possible it could be pregnancy, and your doctor should do a pregnancy blood test to confirm or deny, as this is the most accurate way of testing. Other reasons for period abnormalities include stress, weight gain/loss, thyroid, hormonal imbalance, infection, illness, polyp, cyst, amongst other reasons. The only way to know for sure is to have your doctor do further testing.
