Unprotected Sex and pregnancy testing....when is it time?

About 2 weeks ago my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and it was on the last day of my period (my blood flow was nearly non-exsistent). I'm not on any type of birth-control and he didn't pull out in time. How soon can I take a pregnancy test and get an accurate result? Last day of period was August 21, 2006 I believe. Is there even a chance that I am even pregnant?
