I haven't had a period in over two months.

I haven't had a period in over two months. I've taken numerous pregnancy tests all have had a negative result. I've been to an emergency room about 3weeks ago where they said I wasn't pregnant and that I had no STDs. But they were unable to tell me what was wrong.
