Hello,

Pregnancy complications like miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy (when a fertilized egg implants somewhere other than the uterus) can cause this kind of period that you are having now. Another possible cause can be thickening of the endometrium from hormonal imbalance as a result of missing periods. In any case i suggest to you to see a Gynecologist as soon as possible or go to an Emergency Room to stop the vaginal bleeding.

Hello,

Fever can be seen with miscarriage. Some women who have miscarriage develop an infection in the uterus. This is known as a septic miscarriage. Symptoms include fever, chills, malaise, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, and vaginal discharge, which may be thick and may have an unpleasant odor.
