I am 30 and have not had a period in over 2 months and had an unusually light one the month prior. My periods are very regular and moderately heavy, typically. I thought nothing of it initially but within the past week I felt movement in my uterus area. I have been pregnant before and my son felt the same way. I also cannot sleep on my stomach comfortably anymore and when I orgasm it feels the same way it did when I was pregnant with my son (my whole belly area tightens up). I have taken 5 home pregnancy tests-all negative. The blood test was also negative. Could I still be pregnant? I never had nausea or vomiting with the three previous pregnancy's I've had. I do have a fibroid too. I have also been extremely tired, on and off, to the point where I can sleep through an entire day-very heavy sleep.

Optional Information:
Female , Age: 30

Already Tried:
5 urine tests- 2 at planned parenthood 1 blood test-planned parenthood-all negative

Hi,
The fact that all your pregnancy tests have come out to be negative indicates that you are not pregnant. There are some other possibilities like polycystic ovary disease, fibroid (which you arleady have). Some times when a pre-existing fibroid increases in size or new ones come up then a patient might have irregular menes. The other possibility at your age is polycystic ovary disease. To diagnose either of these conditions you need a few blood tests and an ultrasound. I would advise you to see your Ob/Gynae as soon as possible for a detailed investigation.

Reply to Gaurav Gupta's Post: How soon after a birth could someone develop symptoms of polycystic ovary disease? I had gestational diabetes and alot of hair growing in places a man would have it grow (chin, mustache) but all this happened during my pregenancy, to my knowledge this does not run in my family- my mother had 4 children (one miscarriage between my older brother and I) Or could it happen during pregnancy?

Reply to Gaurav Gupta's Post: I forgot to mention....how do these possibilities explain the movement in my uterus? It is not just in one place it moves throughout it.

Hi,
The feeling in the uterus might be due to the contraction of the uterus due to the hormonal imbalance. The polycystic ovaries can be there even with previous pregnancies. Also it is not necesary that polycystic ovaries run in th efamily. It is a possibility that you might be having initial symptoms. Rest will have to be confirmed on investigations.
