Reply to Annie's Post: Based on a 28 day cycle, I'm usually 3 days late. So I would say 31 days.

If you have a 28 day cycle, this means that ovulation occurred somewhere between 9/1 and 9/6. While the egg is only viable for 24 hours once released from the ovary, sperm can live up to 3 days once ejaculated. As this would be more than three days, there would be a low chance, but it could still be possible. Even with a regular cycle, it can happen where ovulation does not occur on the same day each cycle. Your best bet is to wait at least two weeks after a missed period, and see your doctor for a blood pregnancy test as this is the most accurate way of testing.
