When I am sexually aroused, sometimes I emit very small amounts of clear fluid (like just a few drops) prior to ejaculation. Is this seamen? Does it contain sperm? Could my girl get pregnant from this?

Hello

Thank you for your question

This clear substance is called pre-ejaculate.

It contains fewer sperm than ejaculate but it is certainly possible for a woman to become pregnant
with a suitable contact.

I hope this answers your question

If your partner is at risk of pregnancy you may wish to consider emergency contraception.
