AM I PREGNANT?? HELP!!

hello ...i just took a hpt and it was negative...im a week late..if i were to be prego i would be about 5 weeks according to my LMP..i had sex around the 1st few days of this month and i was having cramps which my doc told me most likely i was ovulating...ive been havin some symtoms sensitive nipples...increased CM feeling wet all the time and thinking it's my period..a little tired and light menstrual like cramps which come and go(no bleeding watsoever)...i had a headache which lasted all day on thursday..i never really get any symtoms when i am gonna get my period and i've been having these cramps for about 3 days already...could i be pregnant even though the hpt was negative?? could it maybe still be too early since i did have sex about 2 weeks ago?? HELP!!
