I've had 3 periods are year long,am I pregnant?

I've had 3 periods are year long. I've taken 3 hpt and they all came back +. I took one at the crisis center and it came back -. The brand I used was Confrim Clearly refillable. Can you give me an idea about weither or now I'm pregnant? I've had all of the symptoms, and my belly is getting bigger and tighter.
