I have no heath insurance, please help with possible diagnosis. I am 28. I have pain as described. occasional burning (intense pressure) accompanied by somtimes sharp shooting pains that occur randomly in locations of below belly button (middle, left and right side) also area in low back above buttocks near spine. pain sometime reaches down to vanginal area and into the anus.No bleeding of any kind is present. I have had these pains all day and 8 days ago i expeienced similar pain. No current major heath issues, (take prilosec for heartburn) no past surgerys, currently sexually active, (married) have IUD and one terminated pregnancy
