Reply to Pauline's Post: We did not use protection. My last period actually ended that saturday before we had sex. We actually had sex the next sunday at 2 am or so. However I did take the morning after pill on Tuesday, but we had sex more than once.

There is a risk of pregnancy although having used morning after pill, this risk is reduced. In terms of using pregnancy tests then you need to wait until day one of your missed period. Also having used the morning after pill this can disrupt normal cycle and bleeding can occur early or later than expected. If you do not have a normal period after another ten days then you need to ask your doctor to run a blood test as this will be more accurate than a home pregnancy test. The morning after pill only protects within the 72 hours of first episode of intercourse so if you had sex after this then this adds to your risk of pregnancy.

If you want to avoid pregnancy then you need to discuss options with your doctor such as birth control or using condoms for future peace of mind.

Reply to Pauline's Post: If I got a blood test now or a ultrasound would they be able to tell if i was pregnant?

A blood test may be able to tell, if hormone levels had risen sufficiently to detect the hormone but false negatives are positive this early in the cycle.

An ultrasound would be of no benefit just yet as it is too early to see anything significant on a standard ulatrosund.
