I have had migraines during pregnancy, but never outside of being pregnant. I did not have nausea, but did at one point become slightly dizzy, and blacked out for a few seconds.

Hi, this looks like a migraine attack to me. The severe stabbing pain on one side of the head , black outs and dizziness are signs of a migraine attack. Read up here for treatment.
