i have had normal periods for a year. always at the end of the month carrying over to the next month. always 6 days-never more, never less. last month, it was really light and lasted 3 days. today i woke up and i was spotting. now i have cramps that feel like a normal period but it's really light. i have had unprotected sex many many times with my fiance. could this be a pregnancy??
