is it possible to concieve if the man did not climax?

i have been with this guy for 1 year within that time we tried about 10 times a day to concieve during the time when conception most likely happened we had a fight broke up and i slept with someone else.it didnt feel right so i stopped and me and my boyfriend got back together come to find out two months later im pregnant he thinks he is the father and i dont know how to tell him that there is a slight chance he may not be what are the chances of the baby not being his.
