My wife is pregnant with twins and this is her third ...

My wife is pregnant with twins and this is her third pregnancy. She has had more difficulty with this one than the other two. She has been having severe headaches which after many medications has now been prescribed lortabs 5/500. This does not completely help but last longer than anything else prescribed. We are extremely concerned about what affect this may have on the twins.
We have faith in our doctor and don't want to question any help at this point but, it would help to get a second opinion.thank you so much
