I am having brown discharge from my vagina, I have not had a period in four months but I have PCOS so this is normal, I am sexually active and I could possibly be pregnant. I have had no symptoms of pregnancy other than the missed periods. I doubt I am pregnat but it is possible. I am concerned because it has a slight oder. What could the cause of this brown spotting be?
