I am 16 weeks pregnant and I have this knot under my skin ...

I am 16 weeks pregnant and I have this knot under my skin on my left leg on the inner side of it about 2 inches from my ankle it is very sore to the touch and getting hard. My ob/gyn doesn't know what it could be, he put me on a Z-Pac anti. and told me to come back in 2 wks. I have one more day of my Z-Pac and my knot isn't showing any signs of going away.
