I am a twenty-five year old married female. I have been on ortho-tricycln for nine years and have never had any problems, until 11 days ago I got my period five days early and it has lasted 11 days now. I am also nausious. I can't get a hold of my doctor and I am concerned that I maybe pregnant or having a miscarriage. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you dr is not available I would advise that you go to the ER. 11 days is a long time to be bleeding and this can result in anemia. It would be best to get checked out right away and not wait.
