i had my right tube taken out 4 weeks ago due to an ectopic pregnancy and i was wondering because the last couple days i have been feeling pregnant again and i took 3 pregnancy tests all the same brand and they all came back positive i was wondering if i could be pregnant again i havent had a period since i had this done how long after this is your hcg levels suppose to go back to normal???
