is there a way i may be able to get pregnant after my tubes ...

is there a way i may be able to get pregnant after my tubes have been tied and burned. i am still having ovalation and was told that there is a new method being tried out where they take the egg from your ovaries and inplant it in your uterus and artifical insemulate. is this true or is there any other way.
